Our Story

Jeff and Cheryl Trank established a ministry named Triple R Christian Retreat, a 501(c)3 non-profit Christian organization, in 2020.

The Retreat was located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The Mission was to provide free lodging for pastors, ministry leaders and missionaries who needed respite, restoration and return to service.

The Retreat was effective in accomplishing it’s Mission for the guests that utilized the property. However, the ministry hosted less than 10 guests per year. In 2025, God made it apparent to the Board that the impact on the kingdom would be much greater if the Board sold the property and used the proceeds to financially support Christian initiatives and activities.

The Board of Triple R Christian Retreat voted to donate the proceeds from the sale of the property to the Vertical Alignment Foundation so they could be invested and distributed in God’s timing, over many years.
